A cornerstone investment of our group is UNIVERSAL Gebäudemanagement and Dienstleistungen GmbH (www.universal-dienstleistungen.de). With approximately 1,000 employees, the company is a well-established provider of facility management services.
The service portfolio ranges from commercial cleaning and technical building services to landscaping. UNIVERSAL is represented at several locations including Berlin, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Frankfurt am Main and Hanover.
The client base includes housing associations and public sector clients as well as institutional owners and private individuals. Whether it is a shopping center, residential complex, office building or commercial property – clients’ buildings are always in the best of hands with UNIVERSAL.

With Widerker Beverages GmbH (www.gua-drinks.com), we invest in an exceptional beverage company. Under the brand name GUA, the company was inspired by the guava fruit in the early 1970s and today offers innovative juice and fruit soda creations of the highest quality.
The product range includes vegan, often organic-certified sodas that offer unique taste experiences. GUA is considered unique in the beverage market, focusing on creative and unconventional product ideas centered around the healthy, vitamin-rich guava fruit.

Our investment strategy covers the entire spectrum of global securities exchanges. We focus on established blue chips as well as exciting smaller companies (BBB<) across various sectors and regions, including derivatives, options, bonds and foreign exchange, etc.

Luxury Residences in Palma de Mallorca
As a supplementary business segment, the Widerker Group also invests in international real estate and property developments. We are currently developing three exclusive new-build villas in Palma – Son Vida, as well as refurbishing a historic townhouse in Palma – Calatrava, on the Balearic island of Mallorca, each for turnkey sale.
