Our nationwide portfolio currently comprises over 50 properties, which we consciously manage exclusively through our own in-house team. Our total portfolio of approximately 450,000 m² of leasable area is allocated across various asset classes, ranging from commercial buildings and logistics to large-scale retail, which makes up the largest share of our portfolio.
As a reliable landlord, we stand for long-term partnerships with our tenants. Our understanding of sustainability is reflected in two key areas: Through continuous investment in our properties, we maintain the high quality of our assets. For our retail properties, we create attractive shopping experiences for local communities through a well-considered tenant mix, thereby strengthening the local economy.
Our strategy is to expand our portfolio gradually and purposefully – both through acquisitions and our own property developments.
